Taxes for EF outside of Europe
Hi!
I have a question about taxation of a company form outside Sweden. If a person lives in Stockholm but owns a company (very close to enskild firma) in russia, what taxes should be paid? the company in russia will be on a simplified taxation scheme(govermental release for small private companies from income taxation) which would result that the person will pay 6% taxes on all revenue from consultancy plus some social donatios and that's it. afterwards all remaining money on company's account can be spent.
Thanks for reading!

Hi!
If the person lives in Stockholm, the person is unlimited taxable in Sweden. This means the he or she need to pay full taxes in Sweden the same way as if the business would be done in Sweden. Since no incomes are related to business in Sweden you don´t pay any social fees in Sweden.
Kind regards
Daniel

Regarding the headline, Russia should be considered part of Europe ;)
If there is a double tax treaty with Russia you should be able to deduct any tax paid in Russia.

Men annars torde vad Daniel sa stämma.
