Dear forumer,

I have a swedish friend who is living and working in Germany.
He had to pay 15.000 euro to skatteverket because of the selling profit he made from his sold appartment in 2008.
He can not pay this taxes. What will be happen next and what he can do ?

    Dear Thomas!

    If your friend does not pay the Swedish tax volontarily the Swedish Tax Agency will ask Kronofogden for help. Kronofogden will probably ask a German authority to make your friend pay.

    I do not know exactly how it will work but you can call Kronofogden on the number 0771-73 73 00 for an answer.
